信息生态视阈下的学科服务供需协同路径

摘　　要：从情报感知角度审视了高校图书馆学科服务,这对于促进高校学科建设、提升高等教育服务能力、为社会发展提供智力支持具有重要意义;从学科用户需求内容变化、学科服务供给能力弱化以及学科服务资源配置异化等方面分析了造成目前学科服务供需的现实梗阻;在此基础上,分别从用户需求、服务供给及资源配置的视角,探讨了造成这些方面梗阻的原因;运用信息生态理论对提供决策支持与提升服务供给方感知能力、协同培育与引进优秀学科馆员流动共享、推动学科知识全球化与本地化并行等措施进行了供需对接;构建了情报决策—数据感知、学科馆员—需求感知、跨界融合—态势感知的供需协同服务模式,实现学科服务供需之间的精准匹配。This paper examines the subject service of university library from the perspective of information perception,which is of great significance for promoting the disciplinary construction of university,enhancing the service ability of higher education and providing intellectual support for social development;analyzes the realistic obstacles to the supply and demand of subject services from three aspects of the changing of disciplinary user demand content,the weakening of subject service supply ability and the dissimilating of subject service resource allocation;on this basis,discusses the causes of these obstacles from the perspective of user demand,service supply and resource allocation;and by using the information ecology theory,connects the supply and demand with the measures such as providing decision-making support and enhancing the perception ability of service providers,carrying out the collaborative cultivation and introduction of excellent disciplinary librarians for mobility and sharing,and promoting the parallel globalization and localization of disciplinary knowledge;constructs a supply and demand collaborative service model which includes intelligence decision making-data perception,discipline librarians-demand perception and cross-border integration-trend perception in order to achieve accurate matching between supply and demand of subject service.
