摘  要:在人工控水条件下进行盆栽试验,对10个花生品种在花针期和结荚期分别进行干旱处理,综合评价品种的抗旱性。测定参试花生品种的主茎高、分枝数、生物积累量、叶片相对含水量和净光合速率等17个指标,采用相关分析、主成分分析、隶属函数分析、聚类分析、综合抗旱系数、抗旱性度量值相结合的方法,对其花针期和结荚期抗旱性进行鉴定。结果表明,各指标对干旱胁迫的反应及关联程度各异。主成分分析表明,地上部分干质量、叶片干质量等5个公因子可反映花生花针期抗旱性93.786%的原始数据信息量,主茎高、地上部分鲜质量等5个公因子可反应结荚期抗旱性91.588%的原始数据信息量。10个花生品种的CDC值和D值基本趋于一致,聚类分析把10个品种划分为较强抗旱、中等抗旱、较弱抗旱、不抗旱4类,筛选出较强抗旱的品种为花育9115和花育9118。Evaluation on Drought Resistance of Peanut Varieties at Different Stages A pot experiment under artificial water stress condition at flowering-pegging and pod-bearing stages was conducted to comprehensively evaluate the drought resistance of ten peanut varieties. Seventeen indexes including height of main stem, number of branches, biomass, leaf relative water content and net photosynthetic rate at two stages were measured. The correlation analysis, principal component analysis, subordinate function analysis, clustering analysis, comprehensive drought resistance coefficient and drought resistance comprehensive evaluation value were used to identify drought resistance of peanut varieties. The results showed that there were differences in response to drought stress and correlations among all indexes. The result of principal component analysis indicated that five common factors, such as shoot dry mass and leaf dry mass, could reflect 93.786% of original data information of peanut drought resistance at flowering-pegging stage. Additionally, five common factors, such as length of main stem and shoot fresh mass, could reflect 91.588% of original data information of peanut drought resistance at pod-bearing stage. The trend of CDC and D values of the ten peanut varieties were consistent. The ten peanut varieties can be divided into four groups: high resistant, moderate resistant, low resistant, and no resistant by cluster analysis, among which Huayu9115 and Huayu9118 were high drought-resistant varieties.
