摘  要:了解严重危害储藏花生的害虫印度谷螟在不同专用类型花生中的发生特性差异,有利于花生的科学储藏和害虫治理。本文研究了印度谷螟在花生酱适用型的冀花11、休闲食品适用型的濮花666、制油适用型的豫花37、食品适用型的花育668、制油适用型的开农308等高油酸花生和非高油酸品种豫航花1号中的存活、生长、发育和生命表参数。在不同类型花生中印度谷螟的卵和1龄幼虫存活率差异不显著,2龄、3龄和4龄幼虫的存活率随幼虫龄期增加而降低。印度谷螟幼虫存活率在濮花666、豫花37、花育668、开农308和豫航花1号中达61%以上,化蛹率达55%以上,在冀花11中存活率低至48%、化蛹率低至43%;从卵至成虫的世代历期在开农308中最短为41 d,在冀花11中最长达49 d;雌雄成虫寿命在冀花11中略短于其他类型的花生;雌雄性比率在豫航花1号和开农308中高达56%,在冀花11中最低至33%;印度谷螟单雌产卵量在不同类型花生中差异不显著;种群净增殖率在豫航花1号中为每雌虫繁殖后代67头,在冀花11中仅29头;种群内禀增长率在豫航花1号中最高达0.092/d,在冀花11中最低为0.070/d,其他类型花生中该值在0.081~0.087/d之间;种群加倍时间在豫航花1号最短,在冀花11中最长;周限增长率在豫航花1号中最高,冀花11中最低。印度谷螟在不同花生品种中的存活力大小顺序依次为豫航花1号、豫花37、濮花666、花育668、开农308、冀花11。其中,豫航花1号最宜为印度谷螟取食繁殖,储藏中需要加强防控,冀花11对印度谷螟生长发育和繁殖的适合度较小,其抗虫机制值得进一步探讨。Understanding the differences in the occurrence characteristics of the pest Plodia interpunctella(Hübner) in different types of peanuts is conducive to the scientific storage and pest management of peanuts. In this paper, the survival, growth, development and life table parameters of P. interpunctella in peanut butter suitable Jihua11, leisure food suitable Puhua666, oil suitable Yuhua37, food suitable Huayu668, oil suitable Kainong308 and non-high oleic acid Yuhanghua1 were studied. There was no significant difference in the survival rate of eggs and 1st instar larvae among different types of peanuts. The survival rates of 2nd, 3rd and 4th instar larvae decreased with the increase of larval instar. The shortest generation time from egg to adult was 41 d in Kainong308, and the longest was 49 d in Jihua11. The longevity of male and female adults in Jihua11 was slightly shorter than that in other types of peanuts. The female ratio of adults reached the highest as 56% in Yuhanghua1 and Kainong308, and the lowest as 33% in Jihua11. There was no significant difference in the number of eggs laid per female among different types of peanuts. The net reproductive rate was 67 per female in Yuhanghua1 and only 29 per female in Jihua11. The intrinsic rate of population increase was the highest as 0.092/d in Yuhanghua1, the lowest as 0.070/d in Jihua11, and 0.081~0.087/d in other peanuts. The population doubling time was the shortest in Yuhanghua1 and the longest in Jihua11. The finite rate of increase was the highest in Yuhanghua1 and the lowest in Jihua11. The order of viability of P. interpunctella in different peanut varieties was Yuhanghua1, Yuhua37, Puhua666, Huayu668, Kainong308, Jihua11, among which, Yuhanghua1 was the most suitable for the feeding and breeding of P. interpunctella, and the prevention and control should be strengthened during storage. Jihua11 was the most unsuitable for the growth, development and reproduction of P.interpunctella, and its insect-resistant mechanism deserves further discussion.
