摘　　要：文章研究了我国城市科创金融融合机制与模式,对比了科创金融相较于传统金融的独特之处,并审视了当前科创金融在我国城市中的发展现状及其面临的挑战。尽管科创金融在推动城市科技创新和产业升级方面具有重要作用,但资金短缺、投资风险高、技术升级困难等挑战依旧存在。文章进一步探讨了政府引导、市场驱动、产学研用合作以及风险控制与补偿等机制,并对园区+基金、科技银行、“互联网+”科创金融和知识产权质押融资等模式进行了探索。最后,文章总结了我国城市科创金融融合的进展,并对未来的发展趋势进行了展望。This article studies the integration mechanism and model of urban science and technology innovation finance in China,compares the unique features of science and technology innovation finance compared to traditional finance,and examines the current development status and challenges faced by science and technology innovation finance in Chinese cities.Although science and technology innovation finance plays an important role in promoting urban technological innovation and industrial upgrading,difficulties such as funding shortages,high investment risks,and technological upgrades still persist.The paper further discusses the mechanisms of government guidance,market drive,industry university research cooperation,risk control and compensation,and explores the modes of park+fund,technology bank,“Internet+”science and innovation finance,and intellectual property pledge financing.Finally,the article summarizes the progress of the integration of urban science and technology innovation finance in China and looks forward to future development trends.
