摘　　要：高速公路具有快速、方便、安全的特点,能够加速人流、物流的运转,从而创造“流量”,也就创造了财富,因而积极建设高速公路工程具有重要的现实意义。然而,结合高速公路工程施工建设的特点来看,涉及的投资成本相对较高,单纯地依靠国家财政支出并不能够满足实际需求,如何保障成本投入的稳定是面临的难点事项之一。鉴于此,文章就资产证券化在高速公路项目融资中的可行性进行了探索,阐述了难点所在,提出了相关建议。Highways have the characteristics of speed,convenience,and safety,which can accelerate the operation of people and logistics,thereby creating“flow”and wealth.Therefore,actively constructing highway projects has important practical significance.However,considering the characteristics of highway construction projects,the investment costs involved are relatively high,and relying solely on national financial expenditures cannot meet actual needs.How to ensure the stability of cost investment is one of the difficult issues faced.In view of this,this article explores the feasibility of asset securitization in highway project financing,elaborates on the difficulties,and puts forward relevant suggestions.
