摘　　要：新农村经济建设是加快推进农业农村现代化的重要途径。当前农业经济管理面临诸多挑战,制约着农村经济社会发展质量和效益的提升。文章系统分析了农业经济管理创新的重要性和紧迫性,深入剖析了制约农业经济管理创新发展的主要问题。在此基础上,从体制机制、技术应用、人才培养、政策法规等多个维度提出创新发展策略,为推动农业经济管理现代化、促进农业高质量发展、实现乡村全面振兴提供了理论参考和实践指导。结果表明,加强农业经济管理创新是推进农业农村现代化的必然要求,对提升农业竞争力、增进人民福祉具有重要意义。The construction of new rural economy is an important way to accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.At present,agricultural economic management faces many challenges,which restricts the improvement of the quality and efficiency of rural economic and social development.This paper systematically analyzes the importance and urgency of agricultural economic management innovation,and deeply analyzes the main problems that restrict the development of agricultural economic management innovation.On this basis,innovative development strategies are proposed from multiple dimensions such as system mechanism,technology application,personnel training,policies and regulations,providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for promoting the modernization of agricultural economic management,promoting high-quality agricultural development,and realizing comprehensive rural revitalization.The result shows that accelerating the innovation of agricultural economic management is an inevitable requirement for promoting agricultural and rural modernization,and is of great significance for enhancing agricultural competitiveness and improving farmers'well-being.
