摘　　要：海洋工程装备行业是我国重要的新兴产业,海外市场开拓是企业发展的重要机遇,但同时也面临诸多风险。文章基于我国海洋工程装备企业海外业务现状,分析其在政治、经济、法律、文化等方面面临的风险,提出一系列包括加强政治经济研判、完善风险管理体系等在内的风险防范策略,以期为我国海洋工程装备企业海外市场开拓提供启示。The marine engineering equipment industry is an important emerging industry in China.Overseas market development is an important opportunity for enterprise development,but it also faces many risks.Based on the current status of overseas business of my country's marine engineering equipment enterprises,this article analyzes the risks they face in political,economic,legal,cultural and other aspects,and proposes a series of risk prevention strategies including strengthening political and economic research and judgment,improving risk management systems,etc.,in order to provide enlightenment for overseas market development of China's marine engineering equipment enterprises.
