摘　　要：在“双创”视域下,高等教育工作需要从多个维度进行优化和改革,以适应新时期对人才培养的需求,即重点培养学生的职业成熟度与就业能力,为其今后顺利步入职场打牢基础,以提高学生的就业率,维护社会的稳定与和谐。文章指出高校教育工作者需要加强对“双创”理念的研究和分析,深入调查当前大学生的职业成熟度与就业能力状况,以落实“双创”任务为切入点,提出相应的培养路径,以全面提升学生的综合职业素养,保证学生顺利就业。Under the perspective of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,higher education work need to optimize from multiple dimensions and reform,to adapt to the demand for talent training in the new period,namely the students'professional maturity and employment ability,for the future into the workplace,in order to improve the students'employment rate,maintain good social stability and harmony.The paper points out that college educators need to strengthen the research and analysis of the concept of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,deeply investigate the current career maturity and employment ability of college students,take the task of“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”as the starting point,and put forward the corresponding training path,so as to comprehensively improve students'comprehensive professional quality and ensure the smooth employment of students.
