摘　　要：近年来,现代企业正面临越来越严峻的商业竞争压力,而财务管理作为企业运营的核心环节,其重要性愈发凸显。尤其是各类新兴科技的迅猛发展,对企业财务管理工作产生了重大影响,并为创新转型提供了机会。文章指出将会计工作与数字技术深度融合,已经成为推动现代企业向更高层次发展的关键路径之一。为此,企业需明确对数智化发展会计岗位职业能力的具体需求,深入剖析这一岗位人员的培养现状,制定相应的策略,从而培养出更多满足数智化发展需求的会计岗位人才。In recent years,modern enterprises are facing more and more severe commercial competition pressure,and financial management,as the core link of enterprise operation,its importance is becoming more and more prominent.In particular,the rapid development of various emerging technologies has had a significant impact on the financial management of enterprises and provided opportunities for innovation and transformation.The article points out that the deep integration of accounting work and digital technology has become one of the key ways to promote the development of modern enterprises to a higher level.To this end,enterprises need to clarify the specific needs of the professional ability of accounting development,deeply analyze their own training status of the personnel of this position,and formulate corresponding strategies,so as to cultivate more accounting talents to meet the needs of digital development.
