摘  要:某厂连续重整装置催化剂循环再生CRCS系统由控制PES和保护PES这两套系统组成。其中,保护PES主要实现再生装置冷停及热停的安全联锁控制等功能,控制PES主要实现再生、待生提升线速率及催化剂闭锁料斗顺序控制等功能。受技术限制,原工艺包程序管理比较封闭,几乎无法排查故障,系统存在安全隐患,正常维护比较困难。为此,就CRCS系统改造相关的难点进行研究。The CRCS system of catalyst recycling regeneration in a continuous reforming unit of a plant is completed by two sets of systems:Control PES and protect PES.Among them,the protection PES mainly performs the functions of safe interlock control of cold stop and hot stop of the regeneration unit,and the control PES mainly performs the functions of regeneration,waiting lifting line rate and catalyst locking hopper sequence control.Due to technical limitations,the management of the original process package is relatively closed,almost impossible to troubleshoot,the system has security risks,and normal maintenance is difficult.Therefore,this paper studies the difficulties related to the transformation of CRCS system.
