摘 要:针对蝶形封装的半导体激光器的控制需求,提出了一种驱动控制方案。设计恒流源电路、保护电路、调制电路和TEC驱动电路,以实现激光器的恒流源驱动控制,并防止激光器受到浪涌、过流、静电等异常工况的危害。基于MAX038高频信号发生器和74LS245八位总线三态收发器实现对输出光的调制。通过ADN8830控制器驱动TEC实现对温度的控制。通过仿真验证各控制模块的功能性能,以确保蝶形半导体激光器能正常工作。Addressing the control requirements for butterfly semiconductor lasers,a drive control scheme is proposed.The constant flow source circuit,protection circuit,impulse modulation circuit,and TEC drive circuit are designed to achieve constant flow source drive control for the laser and prevent the laser from being damaged by abnormal conditions such as surges,overcurrent,electrostatic discharge,and other hazards.Output light impulse modulation is implemented based on the MAX038 high-frequency signal generator and the 74LS245 eight-bit bus tri-state transceiver.Temperature control is achieved through the ADN8830 controller driving the TEC.Simulations are conducted to verify the functionality and performance of each control module,ensuring the proper operation of the butterfly semiconductor laser.
