摘 要:现有火力发电机组过热蒸汽温度方法温度控制精度低,为解决该问题,设计一种基于模糊PID的火力发电机组过热蒸汽温度自动控制的方法。该方法先采集火力发电机组过热蒸汽温度数据,并以此为基础开展扰动下火力发电机组过热蒸汽动态响应特性分析,然后构建模糊PID控制器,完成火力发电机组过热蒸汽温度自动控制设计,最后通过仿真实验验证该方法的先进性。结果表明,设计方法控制25 min后机组温度稳定在350℃。由此证明,设计方法可实现火力发电机组过热蒸汽温度的精准控制,保障机组稳定运行。The existing methods for controlling the temperature of superheated steam in thermal power generation units have low accuracy.To solve this problem,a fuzzy PID based method for automatic control of superheated steam temperature in thermal power generation units is designed.This method first collects the temperature data of superheated steam of thermal power generation units,and then analyzes the dynamic response characteristics of superheated steam of thermal power generation units under disturbance based on this data.Then a fuzzy PID controller is constructed to complete the automatic control design of superheated steam temperature of thermal power generation units.Finally,the progressiveness of this method is verified through simulation experiments.The results showed that the design method controlled the unit temperature to stabilize at 350℃after 25 minutes.This proves that the design method can achieve precise control of superheated steam temperature in thermal power generation units,ensuring stable operation of the units.
