摘 要:针对大排量摆线马达速度难以控制的问题,提出了一种基于电液比例阀控大排量摆线马达转速的控制系统。该系统由速度传感器、电比例控制阀组、压力传感器、控制装置组成。通过转速传感器获取摆线马达转速实时信息,然后通过PID控制电比例控制阀组,从而控制液压摆线马达的速度。利用MATLAB中的Simulink软件建立了采用PID控制器的电液比例阀控马达系统的仿真模型,分析了液压马达的动态特性。研究结果表明,PID控制系统显著提升了阀控大排量摆线马达的调速性能,进而增强了其控制精度和负载能力。Aiming at the problem that the speed of large displacement cycloidal motor is difficult to control,a control system based on electro-hydraulic proportional valve is proposed to control the speed of large displacement cycloidal motor.The system is composed of speed sensor,electric proportional control valve group,pressure sensor and control device.The real-time information of cycloidal motor speed is obtained by speed sensor,and then the speed of hydraulic motor is controlled by PID control valve group.The simulation model of electro-hydraulic proportional valve-controlled motor system with PID controller is established by using Simulink software in MATLAB to analyze the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic motor.The results show that PID control system has a good function of system speed regulation,and enhances the precision and load capacity of valvecontrolled large displacement cycloidal motor control system.
