摘 要:为了进一步探究矿用带式输送机清理转运装置的运行质量,对DTII630型矿用带式输送机在运行过程中搭配的QA1型清理转运装置展开研究。在建立其仿真模型的基础上,应用有限元分析和动力学分析方法,对头轮和头轮轴两个部件的应力和应变情况进行分析,以确定头轮和头轮轴的力学稳定性。然后进一步分析该清理转运装置在特殊工况下的运行情况,以确定头轮及头轮轴在特殊工况下仍然具有一定的运行稳定性,从而证明该清理转运装置的可行性。In order to further investigate the operational quality of the cleaning and transferring device for mining belt conveyors,a study was conducted on the QA1 cleaning special device paired with the DTII630 mining belt conveyor during its operation.Based on the establishment of its simulation model,finite element analysis and dynamic analysis methods were applied to analyze the stress and strain conditions of the head wheel and head wheel shaft,with the aim of determining the mechanical stability of these components.Subsequently,the operation of this cleaning and transferring device under special working conditions was further analyzed to ascertain that the head wheel and head wheel shaft maintain a certain degree of operational stability under such conditions,thereby proving the feasibility of this cleaning and transferring device.
