摘 要:针对智能煤矿掘进工作面局部通风系统,设计了一种基于变频调速的智能控制方法。该方法采用模糊PID控制算法,通过实时监测瓦斯浓度、风速等参数,自动调节局部通风机的运行频率和风量。同时,设计了系统的硬件架构和软件程序,并在某煤矿进行了实地测试。结果表明,与传统定速运行模式相比,该系统可将平均瓦斯浓度降低23.5%,瓦斯超标次数减少80%,日均耗电量减少17.4%。系统具有良好的动态响应特性,可在5 s内对瓦斯浓度突变作出反应。研究成果为提高煤矿掘进工作面通风系统的安全性和能效提供了新的技术方案。In this study,an intelligent control method based on frequency conversion and speed regulation is designed for the local ventilation system in the digging face of an intelligent coal mine.The method adopts fuzzy PID control algorithm to automatically adjust the operating frequency and airflow of the local ventilation fan through real-time monitoring of gas concentration,wind speed and other parameters.At the same time,The hardware architecture and software program of the system were designed and field tested in a coal mine.The results show that compared with the traditional fixed-speed operation mode,the system can reduce the average gas concentration by 23.5%,the number of gas exceedances by 80%,and the average daily power consumption by 17.4%.The system has good dynamic response characteristics and can respond to the sudden change of gas concentration within 5 seconds.The research results provide a new technical solution to improve the safety and energy efficiency of the ventilation system in the digging face of coal mine.
