摘 要:以智能化煤矿排矸系统为研究对象,探讨了其全自动控制技术及相关技术。系统采用分层架构设计,通过传感器和视觉系统实现数据感知,利用工业以太网进行数据传输,并在高性能服务器上进行智能分析与决策。最后,通过PLC等控制单元执行优化策略。某煤矿应用案例表明,该系统实现了95%以上的故障诊断准确率和±5%以内的控制精度,验证了其可行性与有效性。智能化排矸技术将显著提升煤矿生产的自动化水平与安全性。This paper takes the intelligent coal mine waste disposal system as the research object,and explores its fully automatic control technologies and related technologies.The system adopts a layered architecture design,realizing data perception through sensors and vision systems,utilizing industrial Ethernet for data transmission,and conducting intelligent analysis and decision-making on high-performance servers.Finally,the optimization strategy is executed through control units such as PLC.The application case of a certain coal mine shows that the system has achieved a fault diagnosis accuracy of over 95%and a control accuracy within±5%,verifying its feasibility and effectiveness.Intelligent gangue disposal technology will significantly improve the automation level and safety of coal mine production.
