摘 要:为揭示自然风压与大面积采空区的压差波动机制,选取付村煤矿作为研究对象,并对南翼总回密闭和南翼二部皮带机尾密闭的封闭区内外压差进行测定。在不同大气参数条件下,分析封闭采空区内、外气压及密闭外侧瓦斯的变化规律。通过压差采集、现场自动控制注氮调控、建立外置气室等技术的应用,建立一种基于封闭区压差阈值的调控机制,旨在降低封闭区内外压差并保持封闭区内状态稳定。To uncover the mechanism of pressure difference fluctuations between natural wind pressure and large-area gob areas,Fucun Coal Mine was selected as the research subject,and measurements were taken of the pressure differences inside and outside the sealed areas of the South Wingtotal return airtight chamber and the tail airtight chamber of the second belt conveyor in the South Wing.Under different atmospheric parameter conditions,the changes in air pressure inside and outside the sealed gob area,as well as methane concentrations outside the sealed area,were analyzed.Through the application of pressure difference collection,on-site automatic control of nitrogen injection regulation,and the establishment of an external gas chamber,a regulation mechanism based on the pressure difference threshold of the enclosed area is established,aiming to reduce the pressure difference inside and outside the enclosed area and maintain the stability of the enclosed area.
