摘 要:对大规模光伏电站进行开发和利用不仅能有效缓解现有的能源危机,还能降低能源的使用成本。近年来,大型光伏电站的并网运行已成为电力系统的重要组成部分。由于受气候、季节、天气等因素的影响,光伏发电具有不确定性。随着光伏容量的增加和并网系统电压等级的增大,其不确定性造成的影响越来越大,甚至可能会导致主干网络崩溃。为减小大型光伏发电接入电网后给地区电网带来的不利影响,以朝阳中电光伏电站为例,对所接入的朝阳电网现状和光伏电站并网项目概况进行介绍。然后采用BPA程序(《中国版BPA潮流程序》(4.0版)),从满足运行条件和经济性的角度出发,选择合理的光伏并网方案,旨在为相关工程建设提供一定参考。The development and utilization of large scale photovoltaic power stations can not only effectively alleviate the existing energy crisis but also reduce the cost of energy use.In recent years,the grid-connected operation of large scale photovoltaic power stations has become an important component of the power system.Photovoltaic power generation is characterized by uncertainty due to factors such as climate,seasons,and weather conditions.With the increase in photovoltaic capacity and the elevation of voltage levels in grid-connected systems,the impact of this uncertainty has grown significantly,potentially even leading to the collapse of the main power grid.To mitigate the adverse effects of large scale photovoltaic power generation on regional power grids after their integration,this paper takes the Chaoyang Zhongdian photovoltaic power station as an example,introducing the current status of the Chaoyang power grid and the overview of the photovoltaic grid-connected project.Furthermore,utilizing the BPA program(China Edition BPA Power Flow Program,version 4.0),and from the perspectives of meeting operational conditions and economic feasibility,a reasonable photovoltaic grid connection scheme is selected,aiming to provide a certain reference for related engineering construction.
