摘  要:提出了一种基于BIM技术的通风空调设备安装运行系统,重点应用了基于图神经网络的BIM拓扑结构分析技术和融合边缘计算的BIM数字孪生技术。该系统通过图神经网络技术实现了通风空调系统的智能布局优化和管道路径规划,利用边缘计算和数字孪生技术实现了设备的实时监控和智能化运维。结果表明,该系统显著提高了设备安装效率,优化了安装布局方案,推动了建筑节能和智能化运维。A ventilation and air conditioning equipment installation and operation system based on BIM technology is proposed.The BIM topology analysis technology based on graph neural network and BIM digital twin technology integrating edge computing are mainly applied.The system realizes intelligent layout optimization and pipeline path planning of ventilation and air conditioning system through graph neural network technology,and realizes real-time monitoring and intelligent operation and maintenance of equipment by using edge computing and digital twin technology.The results indicate that the system significantly improves equipment installation efficiency,optimizes installation layout schemes,and promotes building energy conservation and intelligent operation and maintenance.
