摘  要:为开发一款适配集成电路测试的轻便、小型化电源,基于STM32微控制器设计了一款多路输出电源,该电源采用工业标准总线Modbus协议,通过RS485总线对5路电源管理电路进行控制和监测,可独立设置各电源通道输出电压、输出延迟、上下电斜率、限制电流等参数,并具备电压、电流检测能力。该电源管理系统具有灵活的参数设置、电参数远程监测和数据保存等功能,经实践验证该电源精度较高,配置灵活,系统长期运行高效、可靠,具有良好的应用价值。To develop a lightweight and compact power supply suitable for integrated circuit testing,a multi-channel output power supply was designed based on the STM32 microcontroller.The power supply adopts the industrial standard bus Modbus protocol and controls and monitors five power management circuits through the RS485 bus.It can independently set parameters such as output voltage,output delay,power on/off slope,and current limit for each power channel,and has voltage and current detection capabilities.This power management system has flexible parameter settings,remote monitoring of electrical parameters,and data storage functions.It has been verified through practice that the power accuracy is high,the configuration is flexible,the system runs efficiently and reliably for a long time,and has good application value.
