生物制药行业综合自动化系统中配置核查系统的实践运用研究

摘　　要：生物制药综自系统包含大量不同设备,人工核查的难度极大,一旦出现设备配置不合理的问题,便会影响生产线运行。以往,为确保综自系统能够充分发挥作用,工作人员会实时监管设备配置,新时期,随着综自系统设备数量进一步增加,上述方法难以发挥作用。为此,通过分析系统特征,设计了可以充分满足生产需要的配置核查系统,并详细介绍了系统的整体架构和具体部署。随着配置核查系统投入使用,制药系统的自动化程度得到了进一步提高,可大范围推广。The biopharmaceutical self-integrated system contains a large number of different equipment,and the manual verification is extremely difficult.Once the problem of unreasonable equipment configuration occurs,it will affect the operation of the production line.In the past,in order to ensure that the integrated system can play a full role,the staff would supervise the equipment configuration in real time.In the new era,with the further increase of the number of equipment in the integrated system,the above methods are difficult to play a role.To this end,a configuration verification system that can fully meet production needs was designed by analyzing system characteristics,and the overall architecture and specific deployment of the system were detailed.With the deployment of the configuration verification system,the automation level of the pharmaceutical system has been further improved and can be widely promoted.
