摘 要:石油石化行业中大管径的烟气流量测量一般采用插入式匀速管流量计,其设计精度高、经济性和长期稳定性好。但此类流量计对管道的前后直管段一般要求前20D后10D,否则其精度将大大下降。直管段的长度要求对于大管径管道一般是难以满足的。为此,提出了一种自动化的高精度测量方法,该方法可以克服这种直管段长度不足的恶劣工况,并提高流量测量的精度和自动化水平。The measurement of large diameter flue gas flow in the petroleum and petrochemical industry generally uses an insertion type constant velocity tube flowmeter,which has high design accuracy,good economy,and long-term stability.However,this type of flowmeter generally requires a front to back straight section of the pipeline of 20D and a back to back section of 10D,otherwise its accuracy will be greatly reduced.The length requirement for straight pipe sections is generally difficult to meet for large diameter pipelines.Therefore,an automated high-precision measurement method has been proposed,which can overcome the harsh working conditions of insufficient length of straight pipe sections and improve the accuracy and automation level of flow measurement.
