某电站2号机组碳刷异常磨损原因分析及处理

摘　　要：某电站2号机组在长期运行后出现集电环异常振动现象,导致碳刷磨损严重、刷握异常磨损、卡簧断裂等故障,给机组的安全稳定运行带来了极大隐患。结合机组运行情况及以往检修措施、工艺,通过分析、测量、试验等方法找到了碳刷异常磨损的原因,并结合机组实际结构,提出了简单、方便及有效的处理方案,成功处理了碳刷异常磨损的重大缺陷。After a long-term operation of unit 2 in a power station,the abnormal vibration of the collector ring has resulted in serious wear of the carbon brush,abnormal wear of the brush holder,and fracture of the circlip,which has brought great hidden danger to the safe and stable operation of the unit.Combined with the operation of the unit and the previous maintenance measures and processes,the causes of the abnormal wear of carbon brush are found by means of analysis,measurement and test.Combined with the actual structure of the unit,a simple,convenient and effective treatment scheme is proposed,which successfully deals with the major defects of the abnormal wear of carbon brush.
