摘 要:针对混合树脂床装料口法兰泄漏的情况,通过校核法兰紧固力矩,分析法兰紧固方式、法兰结构数据以及新旧批次的密封垫强度试验数据,并使用ANSYS Workbench软件对法兰密封进行有限元分析,最后判断混合树脂床装料口法兰泄漏的主要原因是装料口位置存在部分气体没有完全排出,法兰对密封气体介质要求的密封高于压比密封液体介质,实现气体密封的安全性相对较低。通过优化装料口法兰顶盖密封面上凸台高度,使得法兰在同样螺栓紧固力矩的情况下,内密封圈下部接触压力增加,将法兰在密封气体介质时内圈下部密封线由1条增加到3条,提高了树脂床装料口法兰对气体密封的可靠性,解决了实际问题。在分析过程中发现,内密封圈与顶盖接触位置应力最大值大于顶盖密封面材料的屈服强度,因此,从设备长期运行角度来看,需要关注镍垫圈与密封面接触位置是否出现变形,防止变形量扩展影响法兰密封。In response to the flange leakage at the loading port of the mixed resin bed,the flange tightening torque was checked,and the flange tightening method,flange structure data,and sealing gasket strength test data of new and old batches were analyzed.Finite element analysis of the flange seal was conducted using ANSYS Workbench software.Finally,it was determined that the main reason for the flange leakage at the loading port of the mixed resin bed was that some gas was not completely discharged at the loading port position,and the flange required sealing gas medium to be higher than the pressure ratio sealing liquid medium,resulting in relatively low safety for gas sealing.By optimizing the height of the protrusion on the sealing surface of the top cover of the loading port flange,the contact pressure of the lower part of the inner sealing ring of the flange increases under the same bolt tightening torque.The sealing line of the lower part of the inner ring of the flange is increased from 1 to 3 when sealing gas medium,which improves the reliability of the gas sealing of the resin bed loading port flange and solves practical problems.During the analysis process,it was found that the maximum stress at the contact position between the inner sealing ring and the top cover was greater than the yield strength of the sealing surface material of the top cover.Therefore,from the perspective of long-term equipment operation,it is necessary to pay attention to whether there is deformation at the contact position between the nickel gasket and the sealing surface to prevent the expansion of deformation from affecting the flange seal.
