摘 要:为解决采用经纬仪、水准仪、全站仪等仪器标定腰线方法不一、计算复杂、错误较多、操作较慢等问题,基于数学、物理理论,即在平面上的一条射线旋转与周围立面的交线所形成的面平行,将该平面调整为一定倾角斜面后,再旋转此射线,得到标定于周围立面上相同倾角的一个斜面。提出新技术设备及其应用,以提高斜坡腰线标定的效率及正确性。重在提出测量仪器的技术创新,从传统技术应用、坡度标定仪理论基础、仪器结构、仪器使用方法等方面介绍坡度仪的研究背景、创新点及其应用方法,从理论上来验证此坡度标定仪技术应用的可靠性,可实现斜坡腰线标定无论是在施工方法还是在仪器应用等方面的简单化、工作效率高等特点。To solve the problems of inconsistent methods,complex calculations,numerous errors,and slow operation in calibrating waist lines using instruments such as theodolites,levels,and total stations,based on mathematical and physical theories,a plane is rotated parallel to the intersection line between a ray on a plane and the surrounding facades.After adjusting the plane to a certain inclination angle slope,the ray is rotated to obtain a slope with the same inclination angle calibrated on the surrounding facades.Propose new technological equipment and its applications to improve the efficiency and accuracy of slope waistline calibration.This paper focuses on the technological innovation of measuring instruments,introducing the research background,innovative points,and application methods of slope meters from the aspects of traditional technology application,theoretical basis of slope calibration instruments,instrument structure,and instrument usage methods.It theoretically verifies the reliability of the slope calibration instrument technology application,which can achieve the simplification and high work efficiency of slope waistline calibration in both construction methods and instrument applications.
