摘 要:目的探索心肺运动试验联合无创血流动力学监测运动干预对于高血压患者的疗效。方法选取2023年3月至2024年1月在广州市荔湾中心医院就诊或住院的246例高血压患者为研究对象,按照门诊就诊单双号法将其分为试验组和对照组,各123例。对照组给予健康宣教联合常规药物治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上进行运动干预。比较2组患者的心肺运动试验与无创血流动力监测结果。结果运动干预3个月后,试验组最大摄氧量显著高于对照组,收缩压和舒张压均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05);试验组氧脉搏和代谢当量均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05);试验组每搏输出量和心输出量均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论运动干预可改善高血压患者的心肺功能和血压状况,心肺运动试验联合无创血流动力学可用于高血压相关指标的有效监测。Objective To explore the efficacy of cardiopulmonary exercise test combined with noninvasive hemodynamic monitoring in exercise intervention for hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 246 hypertensive patients who visited or were hospitalized in Liwan Central Hospital of Guangzhou from March 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group according to the odd or even number of outpatient visit slips,with 123 cases in each group.The control group was given health education and conventional drug treatment,while the experimental group was given exercise intervention on the basis of the control group's treatment.The results of cardiopulmonary exercise test and noninvasive hemodynamic monitoring of the two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of exercise intervention,the maximal oxygen uptake of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the systolic and diastolic blood pressures were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05);the oxygen pulse and metabolic equivalents of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05);the stroke volume and cardiac output of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise intervention can improve the cardiopulmonary function and blood pressure status of hypertensive patients,and the cardiopulmonary exercise test combined with noninvasive hemodynamics can be used for the effective monitoring of hypertension-related indexes.
