无人机智能测绘技术在建筑工程堆体测量中的应用

摘  要:工程测量是建筑工程实施阶段的基础环节,其测量效率、精度对工程进度、成本、质量控制等均具有重要影响。为推动智能化测绘技术在建筑工程中的应用,某大型城市综合体项目采用无人机测绘与网络地理信息系统(WebGIS)相结合的测绘方法。以该项目为依托,文章论述了无人机智能化测绘技术的基本原理,重点分析了无人机智能测绘影像获取流程及其在土方测量中的应用。研究表明,无人机智能测绘技术的高程测量中误差仅为3 cm,土方量测量误差为0.5%,可满足建筑工程临时土方堆体测量精度要求;与传统全球导航卫星系统-实时运动测量技术(GNSS-RTK)法相比,无人机智能化测绘技术人力节约50%,测量效率提升约75%,测量效率优势显著。Engineering surveying is a fundamental aspect of the implementation phase of construction projects,and its efficiency and accuracy have significant impacts on project progress,cost,and quality control.To promote the application of intelligent surveying and mapping technologies in construction projects,a large urban complex project adopted a surveying method that combines drone surveying with WebGIS.Relying on this project,the article discusses the basic principles of intelligent drone surveying technology,with a focus on analyzing the workflow of drone intelligent surveying image acquisition and its application in earthwork measurement.The study shows that the elevation measurement error of drone intelligent surveying technology is only 3 cm,and the earthwork volume measurement error is 0.5%,which can meet the precision requirements for temporary earthwork stockpile measurement in construction projects.Compared with the traditional GNSS-RTK method,drone intelligent surveying technology can save about 50%of labor and increase surveying efficiency by about 75%,demonstrating a significant advantage in surveying efficiency.
