摘  要:从数字化管控平台系统建设角度出发,以无锡市天河区公园为例,探讨了智慧海绵城市建设的研究。项目基于物联网等信息技术,构建了智慧海绵城市监管可视化平台,该平台由感知信息层、网络传输层、基础支撑层和应用展示层四部分组成。管控平台系统分为基础功能和智能决策两大模块:基础功能涵盖远程操作、设备管理、故障分析和维保服务;智能决策模块利用大数据模型提供内涝积水预警和水生态环境分析等辅助决策支持。该平台的建设实现了各功能模块的协同作用,提升了城市防洪排涝能力,对智慧海绵城市建设具有重要的指导意义。From the perspective of the construction of a digital management platform,this study explores the development of smart sponge city construction using Tianhe Park in Wuxi City as a case example.The project,based on information technologies such as the Internet of Things(IoT),has established a visual supervision platform for smart sponge city management.This platform consists of four main components:a perception information layer,a network transmission layer,a basic support layer,and an application display layer.The management platform system is divided into two major modules:basic functions and intelligent decision-making.The basic functions cover remote operation,equipment management,fault analysis,and maintenance services.The intelligent decision-making module leverages big data models to provide auxiliary decision-making support for floodwater accumulation warnings and water ecological environment analysis.The construction of this platform has realized the synergistic effect of various functional modules,enhanced the city's flood prevention and drainage capabilities,and holds significant guiding implications for the development of smart sponge cities.
