摘　　要：本文首先梳理了出土战国文献中位于《汉志》代郡、上谷郡辖域的地名,并考察了它们的国别以及赵、燕两国在这一带的疆域变迁,认为战国时期代、上谷的地理范围与《汉志》所载具有相当的重合度;其次,结合赵国代地兵器的监造制度,讨论了赵国在代地的统治方式,在相当长的时间内可能实行的是封君、县制并行的双轨制。This article first sorts through unearthed texts to find place names that according to the Hanshu“dili zhi”were located in Dai代and Shanggu上谷Commandery,and investigates their country affiliations and the territorial changes of Zhao赵and Yan燕in this area.The article argues that the geographical scope of Dai and Shanggu Commandery has a considerable degree of overlap with that recorded in Hanshu“dili zhi."Secondly,from the historical fact that the weapons in Dai while under the state of Zhao were all produced under the supervision of the prime minister instead of the county magistrate,the article suggests that for a long time the ruling mode of the state of Zhao implemented in Dai was the dual system of rule both by fief lord and county magistrate.
