摘  要:针对ER50-6气保焊丝盘条在拉拔过程中出现的断丝率过高问题,通过金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、CCT曲线热模拟测定等研究方法,分析了盘条微观组织、断口形貌及相转变规律。研究结果表明,盘条微观组织均匀性差,存在轻微混晶及少量贝氏体组织,致使焊丝拉拔过程中变形能力不协调,是拉拔断裂的主要原因。基于此,结合产线装备能力,对焊丝钢控轧控冷工艺进行优化,将精轧开轧温度由(880±20)℃提高至(920±20)℃,风冷辊道冷却速度不高于0.5℃/s。工艺优化后,轧材组织混晶问题得到了解决,同时避免了贝氏体组织的大量产生,拉拔断丝率由大于1.2次/t降低至小于0.6次/t,极大提升了产品市场竞争力。Aiming at the high breaking rate of ER50-6 gas shielded wire rod in the process of drawing.Optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and continuous cooling transformation(CCT)curve thermal simulation measurement were employed.The microstructure,fracture morphology and phase transformation behavior of ER50-6 steel were analyzed.The research findings indicate that the microstructure of the wire spool exhibits poor uniformity,with slight mixed crystals and a small amount of bainite microstructure.This lack of uniformity leads to inconsistent deformation ability during wire drawing,which is the primary cause of fracture during the drawing process.Based on this,the controlled rolling and cooling process was optimized,the finishing rolling temperature was increased from(880±20)℃to(920±20)℃.Meanwhile,the cooling rate in air cooled roller conveyor should be less than 0.5℃/s.After process optimization,the microstructure uniformity was improved,and the formation of mixed crystals and a large number of bainite were avoided.Consequently,the rate of broken wires during the drawing process decreased from more than 1.2 times per ton of steel to less than 0.6 times per ton of steel,enhancing the competitiveness of the product in the market.
