摘 要:钒钛磁铁矿是一种综合利用价值极高的复合型矿物,然而高炉冶炼钒钛磁铁矿所产生的含钛高炉渣利用难度较大,导致炉渣的堆积量越来越大。以攀钢高炉渣为原料、B_(2)O_(3)为改性剂,利用高温管式炉进行炉渣高温改性试验,系统研究了B_(2)O_(3)添加量、保温时间、冷却速度3个因素对改性高炉渣中富钛相结晶行为的影响规律,并利用SEM-EDS、X射线衍射对试验的改性高炉渣进行分析。试验结果表明,B_(2)O_(3)改性剂的添加可以显著促使炉渣中的富钛相由钙钛矿向黑钛石转变,富钛相黑钛石在改性渣中以块状和长条状晶体的形式存在,保温时间的延长与冷却速率的减小均有利于改性炉渣中黑钛石晶体的析出、长大。同时,得到黑钛石结晶的最佳工艺参数,即当含钛高炉渣中B_(2)O_(3)添加量(质量分数)为6%,并在1500℃的温度下熔化、再以1℃/min冷却至1300℃并保温90 min时,黑钛石结晶效果最好。该条件下黑钛石的结晶量(体积分数)为26.14%,晶粒尺寸为180.85μm。研究结果对含钛高炉渣的资源利用具有指导意义。Vanadium-titanium magnetite is a compound mineral with high comprehensive utilization value.However,the utilization of Ti-bearing blast furnace slag produced by blast furnace smelting of vanadium-titanium magnetite is difficult,which leads to the increasing accumulation of slag.Pangang blast furnace slag was used as raw material and B_(2)O_(3)as modifier,the high temperature modification experiment of blast furnace slag was carried out by high temperature tube furnace.The effects of B_(2)O_(3)addition,holding time and cooling rate on the crystallization behavior of titanium-rich phase in modified blast furnace slag were systematically studied.The modified blast furnace slag was analyzed by SEM-EDS and X-ray diffraction.The experimental results show that the addition of B_(2)O_(3)modifier can significantly promote the transformation of titanium-rich phase in the slag from perovskite to anosovite.The titanium-rich phase anosovite exists in the form of block and long strip crystals in the modified slag.The extension of holding time and the decrease of cooling rate are beneficial to the precipitation and growth of anosovite crystals in the modified slag.At the same time,the optimum process parameters of anosovite crystallization were obtained.When the addition amount of B_(2)O_(3)in the Ti-bearing blast furnace slag was 6%(mass fraction),it was melted at 1500℃,cooled to 1300℃at 1℃/min and held for 90 min,the crystallization effect of anosovite was the best.Under this condition,the crystallization amount of anosovite is 26.14%(volume fraction),and the grain size is 180.85μm.The study result has guiding significance for the resource utilization of Ti-bearing blast furnace slag.
