摘 要:基于中国家庭追踪调查数据和省级层面的政府透明度指数,分析政府透明度对中国家庭消费支出的作用机制。研究表明:(1)政府透明度显著促进了家庭消费总支出、食品消费支出、居住消费支出、家庭设备消费支出、文教娱乐消费支出和交通消费支出,说明地方政府透明度的提升可以有效释放家庭消费需求;(2)异质性分析表明,政府透明度显著促进了低收入、收到政府补助、户主学历为高中以下、体制外和中西部家庭的消费支出;(3)机制分析表明,政府透明度通过提升政府信任程度、激发家庭创业热情和增强家庭风险承担意愿,促进了家庭消费支出。研究结论为促进政府信息公开、释放家庭消费需求潜力提供了政策支持。Based on the data of the China Household Panel Survey and the Chinese Government Transparency Index,this paper analyzes the mechanism of government transparency on China's total household consumption expenditure.The results show that:(1)government transparency significantly promotes total household consumption expenditure,food consumption expenditure,housing consumption expenditure,household equipment consumption expenditure,cultural,educational and entertainment consumption expenditure,and transportation consumption expenditure;(2)Heterogeneity analysis showed that government transparency significantly promoted the consumption expenditure of low-income,households receiving government subsidies,households with a household head with a high school degree or less,and those outside the system and in the central and western regions.(3)Mechanism analysis shows that government transparency promotes household consumption expenditure by improving government trust,stimulating household entrepreneurial enthusiasm and enhancing family risk-taking intention.The conclusions of this paper provide policy support for promoting the disclosure of political and legal information and unleashing the potential of household consumption demand.
