摘　　要：在大力推动各类优质生产要素向发展新质生产力顺畅流动过程中,要改革创新生产要素配置方式,促进劳动、资本、土地、知识、技术、管理、数据等生产要素向发展新质生产力集聚。作为生产性要素,社会资本因其在经济增长和实现可持续发展中的特殊作用和独特解释力,已成为经济学关注的新兴焦点之一。本文聚焦于经济学视角下的社会资本研究,全面回顾近30年社会资本的研究进展;系统梳理社会资本研究框架在微观、中观、宏观多尺度上,在企业发展、经济增长、农户生计、农村发展、环境影响等多热点上的创新性贡献,剖析当前研究瓶颈并探索未来趋向。本文研究认为,明确社会资本研究的结构性分析框架、探索社会资本的价值核算方法、建立社会资本研究的因果机制模型、设计社会资本纳入共同富裕评价指标体系、利用社会资本工具应对气候变化影响,是社会资本研究亟待突破的关键问题和学术前沿。In the process of vigorously promoting the smooth fow of all kinds of high-quality factors of production to the development of new productivity boosters,it is necessary to reform and innovate the allocation of factors of production.To promote factors of production such as labor,capital,land,knowledge,technology,management,data and other factors of production to move towards the development of new quality productive forces.As a productive factor,social capital has become one of the emerging focuses of attention in economics due to its special role and unique explanatory power in economic growth and achieving sustainable development.This paper focuses on social capital from the perspective of economics,and comprehensively reviews the relevant research in the past 30 years.The research framework of social capital is systematically reviewed for its innovative contributions at microscale,mesoscale,and macroscale,and at hotspots such as enterprise performance,economic growth,farmers'livelihoods,rural development,and environmental impacts.Then,the paper analyzes the bottlenecks in current research and explores future trends.The study in this paper concluded that it is important to clarify the structural analytical framework of social capital research,explore the method of accounting for the value of social capital,establish the causal mechanism model of social capital research,design the social capital into the common wealth evaluation index system,and utilize the social capital tools to cope with the impact of climate change.These are key issues and the academic frontiers that need to be urgently broken through for the research of social capital.
