摘　　要：在建设工程投资控制过程中,竣工结算作为关键工序,主要是指发包人与承包人对工程款项进行最终结算。文章主要研究了建设工程竣工结算时效性影响因素与智能化提升建议,在掌握其重要性的基础上,从发包人与承包人两个层面,分析了影响建设工程竣工结算时效性的因素。同时,强调了加强信息化建设、利用数据分析的重要性,和采用智能化技术优化施工方案的建设工程竣工结算智能化提升建议,旨在确保工程竣工结算更具时效性,从而支撑建设行业可持续发展。In the process of investment control of construction projects,the completion settlement,as the key process,mainly refers to the final settlement of the project payment between the employer and the contractor.This paper mainly studies the influence factors of completion settlement timeliness of construction project and intelligent promotion suggestion.On the basis of mastering the importance,it analyzes the factors affecting the timeliness of construction project completion settlement from the two levels of the employer and the contractor.At the same time,it emphasizes the importance of strengthening the information construction and using data analysis,as well as suggestions for improving the intelligence of construction project completion settlement by adopting intelligent technology to optimize construction plans.The aim is to ensure the project completion settlement more timeliness,and support the sustainable development of the construction industry.
