CIM在建设项目规划审批中的运用分析

摘　　要：城市土地资源日益紧张,为了提升城市建设项目规划的规范性和科学性,一些城市政府将城市信息模型(CIM)应用于城市规划审批中,以利用信息化技术判断城市规划布局,在统一的技术指导下开展城市规划工作,提升城市土地资源的利用效率,提高空间布局的科学性。为此,本文就目前建设项目审批规划存在问题,基于CIM在城市规划中的数据收集,分析CIM在建设项目立项、审批、许可,以及验收阶段的应用,以期为后续建设项目规划提供参考。Urban land resources are becoming increasingly scarce.In order to improve the standardization and scientificity of urban construction project planning,some city governments apply the city information model(CIM)to urban planning approval,so as to judge the layout of urban planning by using the information technology,carry out urban planning under unified technical guidance,improve the utilization efficiency of urban land resources,and improve the scientificity of spatial layout.Therefore,in view of the existing problems in the approval planning of construction projects,based on the data collection of CIM in urban planning,this paper analyzes the application of CIM in the stages of project establishment,approval,permission and acceptance,in order to provide reference for subsequent construction project planning.
