摘　　要：文章研究了BIM技术在建筑智能化系统运维中的作用,在掌握具体工程概况的情况下,从智能化设备的维护与保养、实时显示运行主状态、维护节点提醒等几个方面,分析了BIM技术在建筑智能化系统运维中的作用,同时,强调了立体管控、能耗管控、应急响应、安全防范等具体技术应用路径,有助于提升建筑智能化系统运维管理成效,充分发挥新兴技术的作用,助力建筑行业健康发展。This paper studies the role of BIM technology in the operation and maintenance of building intelligent system.In the case of mastering the general situation of specific engineering,it analyzes the role of BIM technology in the operation and maintenance of building intelligent systems from several aspects such as maintenance and upkeep of intelligent equipment,real-time display of operating main status,and maintenance node reminders.At the same time,it emphasizes the three-dimensional control,energy consumption control,emergency response,security and other specific technology application path,which help to improve the effectiveness of operation and maintenance management of intelligent building systems,give full play to the application role of new technology,and boost the healthy development of the construction industry.
