摘　　要：文章以温州综合保税区工程项目的研发中心大楼为案例,从空调、通风以及防排烟系统三个方面,对系统选择、布置及相关设计要点和技术难点进行了详细的阐述和分析。同时,结合国家防排烟标准和浙江当地消防设计文件,以走道防烟分区划分、风口最大允许排烟量计算、自然补风口计算为例,详细进行了差异性分析和设计建议。最后,结合本项目,强调了暖通专业在建筑防火上应采取的措施。Taking the R&D center building of the Wenzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone project as a case study,this article elaborates and analyzes in detail the system selection,layout,and related design points and technical difficulties from three aspects:air conditioning,ventilation,and smoke control systems;At the same time,based on the national smoke control standards and local fire protection design documents in Zhejiang,a detailed analysis of differences and design suggestions are conducted using examples such as the division of smoke control zones in corridors,calculation of maximum allowable smoke exhaust volume at air vents,and calculation of natural air replenishment vents.Finally,this project emphasizes the measures that HVAC professionals should take in building fire prevention combined with this project.
