摘 要:建筑工程防水防渗作为建筑工程施工中的关键环节,虽然施工工艺不断创新,但实际上仍存在渗漏问题,严重阻碍了智慧城市的平稳发展。论文主要研究了智慧城市建筑施工中防水防渗施工技术的应用路径,在掌握技术概念与分类的基础上,从环境、技术、材料三个部分,分析了当前建筑工程出现渗水漏水的原因,同时,强调了智能化施工监控技术、BIM技术、太阳能防水系统的智能化技术应用路径,有助于充分发挥出防水防渗施工技术的应用价值,显著增强整个智慧城市建筑项目的使用品质。Waterproof and seepage prevention of building engineering is the key link in the construction of the construction engineering,although the construction technology is constantly innovative,there are still leakage problems,which seriously hinder the stable development of the smart city.This paper mainly studies the application path of waterproof and anti-seepage construction technology in the construction of smart city buildings.Based on mastering the technical concept and classification,it analyzes the cause of the water seepage leakage in the current construction engineering from three parts of environment,technology and materials.At the same time,it emphasizes the intelligent technology application paths of intelligent construction monitoring technology,BIM technology,and solar waterproof system,which help to give full play to the application value of waterproof and impermeable construction technology and significantly enhance the use quality of the whole wisdom city construction project.
