摘　　要：文章在掌握常见地方铁路运营安全风险的基础上,从全面整治安全隐患、依法打击违法行为、健全完善长效机制三个方面,分析了地方铁路运营安全风险智能管控体系的构建思路,同时,强调了引入大数据和物联网技术、应用人工智能技术、构建智能监控和应急响应体系的实践方法,通过集成各项先进的技术手段,能够提升地方铁路运营安全等级,从而保障地方铁路智能化发展。On the basis of mastering the common local railway operation safety risk,from three aspects of the comprehensive regulation safety risks,cracking down on illegal behavior in accordance with the law,and improving the long-term mechanism,this paper analyzes the construction ideas of intelligent control system of local railway operation safety risk.At the same time,it emphasizes the practical methods of the introduction of big data and Internet of things technology,the application of artificial intelligence technology,and the construction of intelligent monitoring and emergency response system.Through the integration of various advanced technical means,it can improve the safety level of local railway operation,so as to ensure the intelligent development of local railway.
