摘  要:随着我国桥梁建设领域的不断发展,在现代桥梁预制构件生产中,智慧梁场作为关键部分,更加凸显出其重要性。文章主要研究了智慧梁场混凝土应力控制与温湿度智能化管理策略,在掌握智慧梁场建设成果的基础上,根据混凝土应力产生原因,分析了智能张拉设备、自动化控制系统、养护窑温湿度智能调控、预应力筋张拉锚固后压浆智能化控制的实践路径。同时,为做好智慧梁场混凝土温湿度智能化管理,强调了智能温湿度传感器、温湿度控制系统的应用策略,有利于提升混凝土构件生产效率,大大降低施工成本,全面保障我国桥梁建设行业飞速发展。With the continuous development of the field of bridge construction in China,the importance of wisdom beam field as a key part in the production of modern bridge prefabricated components has become more prominent.The paper mainly studies the concrete stress control and temperature and humidity intelligent management strategy of the wisdom beam field.On the basis of mastering the intelligent beam field construction achievements,according to the reason of concrete stress,it analyzes the practice path of intelligent tension equipment,automatic control system,intelligent control of temperature and humidity in the curing kiln,and intelligent control of grouting after tensioning and anchoring of prestressed tendons.At the same time,in order to do a good job in the intelligent management of concrete temperature and humidity in the smart beam field,the paper emphasizes the application strategy of intelligent temperature and humidity sensors and temperature and humidity control systems,which is conducive to improving the production efficiency of concrete components,greatly reducing construction costs,and comprehensively guaranteeing the rapid development of China's bridge construction industry.
