摘　　要：目的 评估切口预缝合联合封闭负压引流(VSD)在急诊腹部Ⅲ类手术切口中的应用效果。方法 选取2023年2—12月于南昌大学第二附属医院行急诊腹部Ⅲ类切口手术的患者9例作为研究对象,均使用切口预缝合联合VSD方法进行切口处理。结果 所有患者均未出现切口感染、切口裂开、切口疝等并发症。1例患者出现轻微的皮下脂肪液化,经换药后很快愈合。结论 切口预缝合联合VSD是一种安全、有效的治疗手段,不仅可以提高手术切口的愈合质量,降低感染率,还能促进患者术后恢复。Objective To evaluate the application efficacy of incision pre-suturing combined with vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in ClassⅢemergency abdominal surgical incisions.Methods 9 patients undergoing ClassⅢemergency abdominal surgical procedures at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University between February and December 2023 were selected as the study cohort,with uniform application of pre-suturing combined with VSD for incision management.Results The cohort demonstrated complete absence of postoperative complications including surgical site infections,wound dehiscence,or incisional herniation.1 patient manifested minor subcutaneous fat liquefaction,which resolved promptly with routine dressing changes.Conclusion The findings suggest that pre-suturing combined with VSD may constitute a potentially viable therapeutic approach,demonstrating apparent efficacy in not only optimizing wound healing parameters and reducing infectious morbidity,but also in facilitating postoperative convalescence.
