摘 要:目的 探讨协同护理健康教育方案提高乙型肝炎病毒(乙肝)相关性肝癌患者术后自我护理能力的效果,以改善患者健康结局。方法 将60例乙肝相关性肝细胞癌患者按入院单双号随机分为试验组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规护理干预,试验组采用协同护理健康教育方案干预。6个月后随访,采用慢性乙型肝炎抗病毒治疗患者自我管理量表评价2组干预前后自我管理能力的变化。结果 试验组干预后自我管理能力总评分及疾病治疗管理、日常生活管理、心理社会管理、疾病信息管理各维度评分均显著高于对照组干预后(P <0.05)。结论 协同护理健康教育方案可以提高乙肝相关性肝癌患者自我管理能力和抗病毒治疗依从性。Objective To explore the effect of health education program based on collaborative care in improving postoperative self-care ability for patients with hepatitis B virus(HBV)-associated liver cancer so as to enhance patient health outcomes.Methods 60 patients with HBV-associated hepatocellular carcinoma were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group according to their admission number(odd or even),with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing whereas the experimental group was provided with health education program based on collaborative care.Follow-up was conducted 6 months later,with changes in self-management ability evaluated using the Self-Management Scale for Patients Undergoing Antiviral Therapy for Chronic Hepatitis B before and after intervention in both groups.Results After intervention,the experimental group showed significantly higher total scores for self-management ability as well as higher scores in each dimension including disease treatment,daily life,psychosocial management,and disease information compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion This study suggests that health education program based on collaborative care can enhance self-management ability and antiviral treatment compliance in patients with HBV-associated liver cancer.
