摘  要:目的:治疗耐碳青霉烯类肺炎克雷伯菌(CRKP)感染可用药物替加环素(TGC)的耐药性逐渐增加,RND外排泵是其主要耐药机制。方法:查阅近年来RND外排泵影响CRKP对TGC耐药性相关的文献并分析。结果:4种RND外排泵与CRKP对TGC耐药的机制相关,其表达与传播受不同因素调控。结论:RND外排泵家族成员以及调节机制需要进一步探索,对控制CRKP的TGC耐药性具有重要意义。Objectives:The resistance to the available drug tigecycline(TGC)for treating carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae(CRKP)infection is gradually increasing,and the main resistance mechanism is resistance-nodulationcell division(RND)efflux pump.Methods:The literature on the influence of RND efflux pump on CRKP resistance to TGC was reviewed and analyzed.Results:Four kinds of RND efflux pumps are related to the mechanism of CRKP resistance to TGC,and their expression level and transmission are regulated by different factors.Conclusions:RND efflux pump family members and their regulatory mechanisms need to be further explored,which is of great significance for controlling TGC resistance of CRKP.
