三维电生理标测系统在房室结折返性心动过速治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨三维电生理标测系统在房室结折返性心动过速治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年5月至2023年2月在鹰潭市人民医院心血管内科住院治疗的60例房室结折返性心动过速(AVNRT)患者为研究对象。随机分组,对照组的30例患者采用常规X线二维标测系统治疗,观察组的30例患者采用三维电生理标测系统治疗。比较两组患者的手术时间、放电次数、放电时间、X线曝光时间、X线曝光状态、手术成功率、并发症发生情况、病情复发情况。结果:观察组患者的手术时间短于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的放电次数少于对照组患者、放电时间短于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者的X线曝光时间短于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者的X线曝光剂量少于对照组患者(P<0.05)。两组患者均手术成功,手术成功率均为100%。两组患者均未发生病情复发的情况,对照组中有1例患者偶有房室早搏发生。结论:三维电生理标测系统在AVNRT治疗中展现出良好的应用效果,可提高手术效率,还减少X线暴露时间和剂量,且并发症发生风险低,值得在临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effect of three-dimensional electrophysiological mapping system in the treatment of atrioventricular node reentrant tachycardia.Methods:60 patients with atrioventricular node reentrant tachycardia(AVNRT)hospitalized in the Cardiovascular Department of Yingtan People's Hospital from May 2022 to February 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional X-ray two-dimensional mapping system,and the observation group was treated with three-dimensional electrophysiological mapping system.The surgical time,discharge frequency,discharge time,X-ray exposure time,X-ray exposure status,surgical success rate,incidence of complications,and disease recurrence between two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter surgical time,fewer discharge frequencies,shorter discharge time,shorter X-ray exposure time,and lower X-ray exposure dose(P<0.05).Both groups had a 100%success rate with no recurrence occurred,but there was one case of occasional atrioventricular premature beats in the control group.Conclusion:Three-dimensional electrophysiological mapping system has shown good application effect in the treatment of AVNRT,which can improve surgical efficiency,reduce X-ray exposure time and dose,and have a low risk of complications.It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
