摘　　要：甲亢危象是内分泌科的急症、重症,死亡率高。文章分析1例甲亢危象合并脓毒血症及腰大肌脓肿的诊疗过程,探讨甲亢危象合并感染时需注意的一些诊治要点,以及分享作者通过此病例得到的一些临床经验教训,供各位临床医疗工作者参考。Hyperthyroidism crisis is an emergency and severe condition in endocrinology,with a high mortality rate.This article analyzes the diagnosis and treatment process of a case of hyperthyroid crisis combined with sepsis and psoas abscess,discusses some diagnostic and treatment points that need to be paid attention to when hyperthyroid crisis is combined with infection,and shares some clinical experiences and lessons learned by the author through this case for reference by clinical medical workers.
