血脂、肝功能指标在脂肪肝诊断与病情评估中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨血脂、肝功能指标在脂肪肝诊断与病情评估中的应用价值。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年1月商丘市第四人民医院收治的60例脂肪肝患者与60例健康体检者作为研究对象,将其分为试验组与参照组。检测所有试验者的血脂指标(三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、载体蛋白B、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白AI)与肝功能指标(天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶)。对比两组各指标水平。结果:血脂指标对比,试验组高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白AI水平均低于参照组(P<0.05),其余血脂指标均高于参照组(P<0.05);试验组各项肝功能指标水平均高于参照组(P<0.05);重度、中度、轻度脂肪肝患者血脂、肝功能指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脂肪肝患者进行肝功能指标与血脂指标测定,可有效诊断疾病,并评估病情,为疾病的治疗提供依据。Objective:To explore the value of blood lipid and liver function indexes in the diagnosis and evaluation of patients with fatty liver.Methods:60 fatty liver patients and 60 healthy patients admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Shangqiu from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects and they were divided into a test group and a reference group.Blood lipid indexes(triacylglycerol,low-density lipoprotein,carrier protein B,total cholesterol,highdensity lipoprotein,apolipoprotein AI)and liver function indexes(aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase)were measured for all subjects.The levels of each index were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of high-density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein AI in the test group were lower than those in the reference group,while other blood lipid indexes were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).All liver function indexes in the test group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in blood lipid and liver function indexes in patients with severe,moderate and mild fatty liver(P<0.05).Conclusion:The measurement of liver function index and lipid index in patients with fatty liver can effectively diagnose the disease,and evaluate the condition,and provide basis for the treatment of the disease.
