经咽鼓管途径鼓室给予鼠神经生长因子联合泼尼松治疗突发性耳聋的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察经咽鼓管途径鼓室给予鼠神经生长因子联合泼尼松治疗突发性耳聋的效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2024年1月于许昌市人民医院住院治疗的97例突发性耳聋患者,随机分为对照组(48例)和观察组(49例),分别经肌内注射及经咽鼓管途径鼓室内注射20μg鼠神经生长因子+20 mg泼尼松治疗,对比两组疗效。结果:与对照组相比,观察组总有效率更高(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗后的各听阈指标相比,观察组均更低(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗后的各血液流变学指标相比,观察组均更低(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗后各氧化应激指标相比,观察组均更高(P<0.05)。与对照组不良反应发生率相比,观察组更低(P<0.05)。结论:在使用鼠神经生长因子联合泼尼松治疗突发性耳聋期间,经咽鼓管途径鼓室给药可提高疗效,促进患者听阈、血液流变学指标及氧化应激指标改善,且不良反应少。Objective:To observe the treatment effect of sudden deafness by administering mouse nerve growth factor combined with prednisone via the Eustachian tube and tympanic cavity.Methods:97 patients with sudden deafness who were hospitalized at Xuchang People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were randomly divided into a control group(48 cases)and an observation group(49 cases).The patients were given mouse nerve growth factor 20μg+prednisolone 20 mg,either by intramuscular injection(control group)or by intramural injection via the Eustachian tube and tympanic cavity(observation group).The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The indexes of hearing threshold,hemorheology and the incidence of adverse reactions in control group were lower than those in observation group(P<0.05),while the indexes of oxidative stress were higher than those in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of sudden deafness with mouse nerve growth factor combined with prednisone,administration through the Eustachian tube and the tympanic cavity can improve the therapeutic effect,promote the improvement of patients'hearing threshold,hemorheological indexes and oxidative stress indexes,with less adverse reactions.
