基于网络药理学技术探究朝医方荆防败毒散治疗哮喘的作用机制

摘　　要：目的:基于网络药理学探究朝医方荆防败毒散治疗哮喘的作用机制。方法:利用TCMSP、HERB、Pub Chem及Swiss Target Prediction数据库等,结合生物利用度及类药性等条件得到朝医方荆防败毒散10味药物的药效成分及其潜在作用靶点。利用OMIM、Gene Cards、TTD数据库查找哮喘相关靶点,利用Cytoscape3.9.1软件绘制蛋白互作网络,分析获得朝医方荆防败毒散治疗哮喘的关键药效成分及潜在作用靶点,通过DAVID平台对潜在作用靶点进行GO功能富集分析及KEGG通路富集分析,使用微生信平台对结果进行可视化处理。结果:朝医方荆防败毒散由10味药组成,相对应的靶点有1327个,其与哮喘有115个交集靶点。KEGG信号通路富集分析得到65个信号通路(P<0.05),GO分析得到生物过程结果有335个(P<0.05),细胞组成37个(P<0.05),分子功能71个(P<0.05)。结论:朝医方荆防败毒散治疗哮喘的特点是多靶点-多通路。Objective:To explore the mechanism of Korean medical prescription JingFangBaiDu powder in treating asthma based on network pharmacology technology.Methods:Using TCMSP,HERB,PubChem,and SwissTargetPrediction databases,combined with bioavailability and drug-like properties,the pharmacological components and potential targets of 10 drugs of Korean medical prescription JingFangBaiDu Powder were obtained.OMIM,GeneCards,and TTD databases was used to search for asthma related targets,and Cytoscape 3.9.1 software was used to draw protein interaction networks to analyze and obtain the key pharmacological components and potential targets of Jingfang Baidu Powder in the treatment of asthma.GO functional enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were performed on the potential targets using the DAVID platform,and the results were visualized using the microbiological information platform.Results:Korean medical prescription JingFangBaiDu Powder consists of 10 drugs,with 1327 corresponding targets and 115 intersecting targets with asthma.KEGG signaling pathway enrichment analysis identified 65 signaling pathways(P<0.05),GO analysis revealed 335 biological process results(P<0.05),37 cell compositions(P<0.05),and 71 molecular functions(P<0.05).Conclusion:The characteristic of Korean medical prescription JingFangBaiDu Powder in treating asthma is multiple targets and multiple pathways.
