中医推拿在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医推拿在腰椎间盘突出症治疗中的应用效果,评估其对患者临床症状、腰椎功能及疼痛的缓解作用。方法:选取腰椎间盘突出症患者100例,平均分为对照组、观察组,分别接受常规治疗、常规治疗+中医推拿治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率、腰椎功能、疼痛程度及生活质量均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将中医推拿与常规牵引疗法相结合,应用于腰椎间盘突出症的治疗中,展现出显著成效,不仅能有效缓解患者的临床症状,还能显著提升其腰椎功能,减轻疼痛,提升生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of Chinese medicine massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and to evaluate its effect on patients'clinical symptoms,lumbar spine function and pain relief.Methods:100 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and evenly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group received conventional treatment plus traditional Chinese massage therapy.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate,lumbar spine function,pain relief,and quality of life of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese massage and conventional traction therapy has shown significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
