奥沙利铂化疗后手足麻木的中医认识及中药熏洗效果分析

摘　　要：应用奥沙利铂(L-OHP)化疗后会出现手指、足趾对称性的麻木感、触觉异常、疼痛等症状。文章总结古人对手足麻木理论的认识以及现代医家对奥沙利铂化疗后外周神经毒性(OIPN)的认识,归纳该病的病因病机、辨证分型以及中药熏洗的效果,为现代医家进一步探索OIPN的临床诊疗方案提供参考。Oxaliplatin(L-OHP)chemotherapy can lead to symptoms such as symmetrical numbness,tactile abnormalities,and pain in the hands and toes.This article summarized the ancient understanding of the theory of numbness in hands and feet,as well as the modern understanding of oxaliplatin-induced peripheral neurotoxicity(OIPN)after oxaliplatin chemotherapy.It summarized the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and the effect of fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide reference for modern doctors to further explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of OIPN.
